YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED QUICKLY
Is a transfer of employment possible?
Absolutely, we see that as proof that we understand what you are looking for. In consultation, we will make an appointment about transfers of employment at the start.
What are your rates?
We work with rates that suit the client, in some cases these are fixed rates and in others they vary per candidate.
Can you also arrange housing, transport and tools?
Absolutely! We always strive for the shortest possible travel distance, our transport does not bear our logo, so it is very anonymous. We only work with high-quality (electric) tools.
What if the candidate is not of good quality?
That can happen, of course. We work with a 48-hour probationary period as standard. If the candidate does not like it in the first 2 days you can cancel free of charge, meaning: You will not receive an invoice at all for these 2 days worked. You can cancel, but we would rather talk about the underlying reason. Perhaps it helps to let the candidate take additional courses or a good conversation is all it takes.
Do you have a blocked account (G account)?
Definitely. We think it's important that our relationships are protected against defaults. That is why we also have ourselves inspected every year for our SNA registration (NEN 4400-1) and we can show a recent Statement of Payment Behavior for Hirer Liability.
Do you pay the salaries yourself?
Our salaries are paid to our own payroll tax number. We use Blue Services Group.
